Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 19 - 29: Delete all material and insert: "(d) The provisions of AS 38.05.035(a)(d)(C) apply to data provided to the commissioner under (c)(3) of this section." Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Pearce objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 151 Second Reading Amendment No. 1 YEAS: 9 NAYS: 11 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff Nays: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor 1993-04-21 Senate Journal Page 1634 SB 151 and so, Amendment No. 1 failed. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 3, lines 4 - 5: Delete "state-owned land and 25 percent of eligible costs relating to activities performed on land in the state not owned by the state" Insert "land in the state" Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator Taylor objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 151 Second Reading Amendment No. 2 YEAS: 7 NAYS: 13 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff Nays: Donley, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Ellis changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, Amendment No. 2 failed. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 151 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
